The Professional Fraternity Association recognizes organizations and individuals for their excellence in various aspects of the professional fraternal community, such as leadership, community service, and programming. These awards celebrate and honor the contributions and dedication to PFA’s values.

We are thrilled to announce that nominations for the 2025 PFA Recognition Awards are now open! This is your chance to celebrate the incredible achievements and dedication of your organization or fellow members who embody PFA's values.

Career Achievement Award: honors a distinguished member of national or international renown actively engaged in the fraternity’s discipline and participating actively on a regular or continued basis in the fraternity.
Faculty Advisor Award of Excellence: recognizes a current faculty advisor, for a campus-affiliated chapter of a PFA member organization, who has achieved an exemplary relationship with the students.
Outstanding Community Service Award: recognizes a PFA member group chapter that has dedicated personal and financial support for the betterment of that chapter’s community.
Outstanding Professional Program Award: recognizes a PFA member fraternity for the administration of a meritorious professional program or project.
IMPACT Award: Recognizes innovative and effective programs, initiatives, and strategies that have made a meaningful difference to organization's stakeholders.

Outstanding Volunteer of the Year Award: honors an individual member of a PFA member group deserving recognition for exceptional services or extraordinary commitment to the fraternity or community during the preceding year.
