2025 PFA Annual Convention

PFA looks forward to seeing its members and partners at the upcoming annual meeting in Hampton, Virginia.
- Members who serve as paid or volunteer executive director and professional staff.
- Associate members who are looking to strengthen and expand their partnerships with fraternal members.
Sponsorship Opportunities
Interested associate members can maximize their exposure with the fraternal members by participating in the Sponsorship Program. Sponsorships can be purchased through the registration form.
2025 Schedule
The official 2025 schedule will be posted by mid-summer. Please use the 2024 schedule as reference.
Note: The FAM Trip is happening on Thursday morning. You can note your interest on your registration. More info to come.

- Early Bird: April 7- July 1 = $275
- Regular: July 2-August 15 = $295
- Late: August 16-August 29 = $305
- Registration Closed: August 31-September 3
- On Site: September 4-September 6 = $325
Associate Member Registration:
Associate Members who attended the 2024 PFA Convention in Jacksonville, Florida, will have first rights to registering for the 2025 PFA Convention in Hampton, Virginia. Associate Members who DID NOT attend the 2024 PFA Convention in Jacksonville, Florida will be able to register starting May 31, 2025.

- 2 additional personnel= $570
- Additional table + 1 additional personnel= $675
- Regular: July 2-August 15
- Table + 1 Associate = $915
