Outstanding Professional Program Award

Launched in September 2023, the ELP is a tiered leadership development program designed exclusively for Phi Sigma Pi members, aligning with the Fraternity’s 17 Characteristics of an Excellent Member. With over 950 members enrolled and more than 100 alumni participants, the program has quickly become a cornerstone of Phi Sigma Pi’s commitment to cultivating principled, inclusive, and strategic leaders.

Structured across four progressive tiers — Leading Yourself, Leading Others, Leading Leaders, and Leading the Organization — the ELP equips members with essential leadership competencies such as emotional intelligence, team management, inclusive leadership, and strategic thinking. Each tier builds upon the last, offering interactive, real-time learning experiences through videos, podcasts, assessments, and discussion prompts. Participants earn digital badges, certificates, and LinkedIn credentials, reinforcing their growth and enhancing their professional visibility.
