Thursday, September 10

  • 12pm-4pm: Exhibitor Set Up
  • 5:30pm-6pm: Associate Member Intros

Friday, September 11

  • 8am-10:30am: Exhibitor Set Up
  • 10:30am-12pm: Exhibit Hall Speed Dating
  • 4:30pm-5:30pm: Happy Hour On The Hall

Saturday, September 12

  • 10:20am-11:10am: Celebration & Last Call Exhibit Hall!
  • 10am-4pm: Exhibitor Break Down

 SHIPPING

  • If you plan to ship exhibit hall items to the hotel, please ship using the details here.
  • The hotel does not provide outbound shipping materials. Each Vendor must provide their own shipping labels to place on ALL outbound boxes. The hotel business center is available complimentary. All UPS/FedEx pickups must be called in by the person shipping out,
  • The hotel will only accept shipments 3 days prior to event, or fees apply

EXHIBIT HALL TABLES

For the 2026 PFA Convention we're making a change to the exhibit floor! We're switching from 6' tables to standing height cocktails for your exhibits! For those of you who have experienced the PFA Convention, you know that sometimes the exhibit hall can be a little tight and the flow can be a bit difficult at times. This, coupled with the varying spaces we get to accommodate our associate members — we're switching from the 6' tables to standing height cocktails as the base level for exhibits.

We see numerous benefits for the switch and we hope you will too:

  • Increased opportunity for networking and interaction by having a floor that flows a little more. This also goes for the speed networking/reverse tradeshow!
  • Less that you have to ship to fill a 6' table. Keep it simple, and refill your giveaways as needed! We'll provide storage space if necessary.
  • More activations in the exhibit room — we'll be able to more consistently fit the bar and afternoon breaks in the room to keep everyone in one spot.
What isn't changing:
  • We aren't using this to increase the number of Associate Members we're allowing to exhibit. Our goal is to maintain a similar ratio of Fraternal and Associate attendees.

Need a 6ft table? We get that some of our Associate Members need 6' tables because their product necessitates it so we're still providing them — just on request. It'll be part of the registration form and there won't be an upcharge (for the first table that replaces your cocktail). We just ask that you let us know by August 1.

Table Set Up

High Top Table Dimensions:
Diameter - 36"
Circumference - 113.1"
Height - 42"

Banners:
Please feel free to bring smaller pop up banners to display around your table. 1 is enough, but 2 smaller ones will fit. We encourage you to not bring large banners and step and repeats

Table Tops:
Tables will be draped with black. Please feel free to bring small signs as well as other goodies to sit on top of your table.

 

 THE PASSPORT

We will have a Passport for the Exhibit Hall this year! Each fraternal member will receive a blank passport. When they visit your booth during the Exhibit Hall Speed Dating, Happy Hour, or Last Call Exhibit Hall, you have a chance to mark on their passport that they met with you. This is a great way to make sure you are meeting everyone!

THE RAFFLE PRIZES

Raffle prizes are provided by Associate Members for Fraternal Members and are directly tied to Passport completion. We invite everyone to participate as you see fit! In the past raffle prizes have been anywhere from 10,000 Hyatt Points to a local fun product to overnight stays, jewelry, $25 gift cards and beyond!
